These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NK Enterprise website and the appliance services we provide. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

N K Enterprise is an authorized Whirlpool service center providing repair, installation, maintenance (AMC) and genuine spare-parts services for home appliances in Ahmedabad. Service availability may depend on your location, appliance type and parts availability.

Booking & appointments

• Service requests can be made by phone, WhatsApp or our website form;
• We aim to confirm requests and schedule a technician visit within 24–48 hours, subject to locality and workload;
• Please ensure someone is available at the address during the scheduled visit.

Diagnosis, estimates & payment

• Our technician will inspect the appliance and provide an estimate before any work begins;
• Repair work proceeds only after you approve the estimate;
• Payment is collected after the service is completed, by the accepted methods;
• For in-warranty service, please keep your original purchase invoice available.

Warranty on service

Repairs carry a service warranty; the exact duration and coverage are stated on your service invoice. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, or damage occurring after the service.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us in advance. As payment is collected only after service, no advance payment is required to book.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
